#Add the 30ml of [[Hydrochloric Acid]] to a polystyrene cup.
#Add a lid with [[thermometer]] through the middle to measures the starting [[temperature]] of the [[solution]].
#Using [[Measuring Cylinder]] (that has not been used for the [[acid]]) [[measure]] exactly 5ml 2[[Molarity|M]] [[Sodium Hydroxide]] [[solution]].
#Briefly remove the lid to add the 5ml [[Sodium Hydroxide]] [[solution]] to the polystyrene cup.
