===Method===

#Place a [[thermometer]] in the [[water]] and wait until the [[temperature]] reaches 80°C.
#Begin a [[stopwatch]] when the [[temperature]] is 80°C then [[Reading|read]] the [[temperature]] every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.
