Meaning
Microteslas (µT) are a unit of magnetic flux density 1,000,000 times smaller than the SI Unit; the Tesla.
About Microteslas
- Microteslas are shortened to µT with the Greek letter µ and and an upper case T.
- Micro means one millionth so there are 1,000,000 microteslas in a Tesla.
