About The Muscular System
- The muscles in the muscular system are attached to bones by tendons.
- Parts of the Muscular System and the Skeletal System are joined together and it is sometimes called the 'Musculoskeletal System'.
- The muscles are often found in pairs called Antagonistic Muscles. These muscles work against each other so that when part of your body moves, it can move back to where it was again.
