Meaning
A year is the time it takes for all four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter to happen. This is 365 days.
About Year
- The new year starts on January the 1st.
- A year does not take exactly 365 days so every four years there is an extra day added. This is called a leap year.

A year is the time it takes for the Earth to go once around The Sun.
