A force multiplier is a tool that increases the size of a force by reducing the distance the force moves through compared to the original force.
About Force Multipliers
- A Force can be multiplied due to Conservation of Energy. Since Work Done = Force x distance then a tool can make the force larger by making the distance shorter.
- There are four main force multipliers you should know:
