Key Stage 4

Meaning

Bias is to present information selectively based on personal interests and beliefs.

About Bias

Bias causes people to talk, write and think about things they are interested in and avoid those they are not.
Bias can cause people to only look for evidence that agrees with their beliefs and ignore evidence against their beliefs. This can then result in presenting a one-sided argument to others in an attempt to convince them.
