Key Stage 4

Meaning

A parasite is an organism that feeds off a host organism without killing it but also without providing any benefit to the host.

About Parasites

Parasites get their nutrition from a host organism.
Most parasites do not kill their host but feed on them enough to cause the host to become weak or ill.
