Key Stage 4
Meaning
Kilojoules (kJ) are a unit of energy 1,000 times larger than the SI Unit of the Joule.
About Kilojoules
- Kilojoules are shortened to kJ with a lower case k and an upper case J.
- Kilo means one thousand so there are 1,000 Joules in a kilojoule.
