#Place a drop of 0.01M [[Iodine Solution]] onto the [[Cell (Biology)|cells]].
#Place a cover slip on the [[Cell (Biology)|cells]] and use tissue paper to remove any excess [[Iodine Solution|iodine solution]] from the edges.
