: In a [[Closed Isolated System|closed isolated system]] [[energy]] can be [[Dissipated Energy|dissipate]]d, which means it is still in the [[system]] but is [[Wasted Energy|wasted]] and cannot be recovered to perform useful [[Work Done|work]].
