Meaning

A diagram showing the 4 chambers of the heart with the atria at the top.

The right atrium is a chamber at the top right of the heart.

About the Right Atrium

The right atrium is separated from the right ventricle by the Tricuspid Valve.
The right atrium receives deoxygentated blood from the body though a vein called the Vena Cava and pumps it into the right ventricle.
