Key Stage 4

Meaning

A clone is a genetically identical copy of an organism.

About Clones

Mitosis results in the production of clones.
Plants can be cloned easily as any cell can become a stem cell which can differentiate to become any cell in a plant. This can even be done by simply cutting the plant in half and allowing both halves to grow.
Humans can be cloned using juvenile stem cells. Identical twins are natural clones that have been formed without human interference.
