About Ciliated Epithelial Cells

Ciliated epithelial cells are found inside the lungs and in the oviducts.
Ciliated epithelial cells sweep the mucus up and out of the lungs.
Mucus in the lungs traps microorganisms that the cilia sweep out of the lungs.
