Some vitamins you should know:

  • Vitamin A - Important for healthy eyes.
  • Vitamin B - Used in the nervous system.
  • Vitamin C - Used in growth and repair.
  • Vitamin D - Keeps bones healthy.

Foods containing vitamins

We should eat lots of these different foods to make sure we get all the vitamins we need.
Oranges, lemons and limes have a lot of vitamin C in them. Different fruit have different vitamins so you should eat a variety of them for a balanced diet. Different vegetables have different vitamins so you should eat a variety of them for a balanced diet. Fish has a lot of vitamin D inside.
