Meaning
The ball and stick model is diagram or object used to show the arrangement of atoms in a compound.
About Ball and Stick Model
- A ball and stick model gives more detail than a chemical formula about the arrangement of atoms in a compound as a chemical formula simply states the number of atoms of each element while the ball and stick model displays the locations of atoms and the chemical bonds holding them together.
