Meaning

 
This boy get an electrical shock in his arm. It left a pattern of scarring called a 'Lichtenberg Figure'.

Electrical Safety is make sure you don't get hurt by electricity.

About Electrical Safety

An electrical shock can kill you.
Electricity can cause fires if it is not used safely.

Safety Rules at Home

Never use or touch an appliance if you can see the metal in the wire. Never put anything other than a plug into an electrical socket, especially not metal. Never touch an appliance with a metal object.
Do not get an electrical appliance wet. Never put too many plugs in one socket. When there is too much electricity the wires get hot and can catch on fire. Always make sure the socket is switched off before you plug or unplug any electrical appliance.
